Ron Turner, CEO
Ron Turner is an experienced executive and is committed to progressive candidates and causes. He has served the Democratic Party for many years — most recently as technology chair of the Democratic Party of Collin County — and as a co-founder and vice president of Stonewall Democrats of Collin County. After working on Democratic campaigns in the 2004 election, he started People Calling People to provide a better way to engage people and build support for progressive candidates and causes. Ron has been a leader in the telecommunications industry for more than 25 years. He began his career at Pagenet, where he advanced to vice president of systems & technology and was ultimately responsible for a nationwide network serving 4 million customers. He left Pagenet and raised $30 million to start a new venture, Directel, which provided paging services in Brazil and Argentina. Ron is now dedicated to applying his telecom know-how and political experience to bring about progressive change in government.

Morris Garcia, Call Center Manager
Morris Garcia is an experienced Call Center Manager, Project Manager, Trainer, and Air Traffic Controller. He has over 30 years of business experience and is currently the President of the Collin County Gay and Lesbian Alliance, having led the organization since 2004 in major initiatives to advance the causes of equality, dignity, and respect for the local LGBT community. Morris has been very involved with the media industry, providing Traffic and Billing software as well as Sales Proposal Implementations to radio and television stations throughout the United State, Canada and Puerto Rico. Morris recently joined People Calling People to recruit, train, and activate our agents, as well as to supervise and manage the outbound voter calling programs and fund-raising campaigns. |
